Wuxi Jinmao Company Celebrates International Women's Day with Empowering Event
On March 16th, Wuxi Jinmao Company organized female employees to go to Yaohu Town in Yixing to carry out a team building activity with the theme of "Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves, Women's Aspiration, Unity, and Composing a New Chapter", allowing female employees to gain a sense of ceremony and happiness exclusive to the festival in the infiltration of traditional culture and natural landscapes.
The first stop of the activity is to enter the landmark of Yixing pottery culture - Tao'er Factory. The mottled red brick factory buildings collide with the criss crossing metal structures to create an industrial aesthetic, and the precious pottery spanning thousands of years in the exhibition hall is breathtaking. Female employees shuttle between the pottery exhibition area and the intangible cultural heritage workshop, their fingertips caressing the exquisite pottery and their gaze lingering on the focused figures of the craftsmen. At the pottery market, the sparkling purple clay tea sets and adorable pottery sculptures attract people to stop and choose. With the red brick exterior walls and geometric structure interwoven in the pottery art museum as the background, fashion photos are taken, skillfully integrating the millennium pottery charm with modern aesthetics. This immersive cultural experience not only allows everyone to deeply experience the craftsmanship and inheritance of traditional crafts, but also injects artistic inspiration into daily work.
In the warm afternoon sun, everyone boarded the retro cloud train and slowly entered the secret realm of Yaohu. Under the gentle embrace of the sunshine, a delicate and moving spring scene slowly unfolds. In the distance, green bamboo and green mountains are layered like emerald waves, stretching towards the sky. Outside the carriage, the white walls and black tiles hidden in bamboo forests and the rippling lake surface form a long scroll of ink painting; Inside the carriage, the fluttering silk scarf and lively laughter interweave into a flowing scenery. Entering Yaohu Town, half of it is a picturesque Jiangnan town with a poetic misty rain atmosphere, and the other half is a landscape painting composed of clear lake water, bamboo sea, and tea fields. Strolling through the cobblestone streets and alleys, admiring the antique architecture. Some people lean against the carved wooden window to capture poetic moments, some chase the ripples of spring breeze along the lakeside wharf, and some sit around the tea stove to share fun parenting stories. When KPI indicators are temporarily replaced by bird songs, and report data is turned into scattered shadows of wisteria hanging down, everyone has found the true essence of life in the mountains and waters, enjoying this rare pleasure and relaxation.
