The 6th Wuxi Jinmao Private Kitchen Tasting Ceremony in 2025 has come to a successful conclusion

To enrich the cultural life of employees, build a stage to showcase culinary talents, enhance team cohesion, and further improve employees' sense of belonging and happiness, on June 25th, Wuxi Jinmao Company successfully held the 6th Private Kitchen Tasting! 37 "chefs" from 15 departments of the company gathered together, using food as a link, to cook a sensory feast of color, aroma, taste, and form together!


Jinmao Private Kitchen transforms into an enticing "food market" on site. On the dining table, carefully prepared private dishes appeared one after another. The thick oil red sauce pie presents the ultimate temptation, with caramel pork ribs wrapped in a glass luster, braised crayfish piled up into a red mountain, thin as cicada wings of beef tendon meat, and Jiangxi stir fried meat jumping like fireworks with green and red peppers. Some dishes are full of creativity, cleverly combining ordinary ingredients to create unique and creative dishes. The cold dish area is equally exciting, with exquisite presentation and unique seasonings that deeply attract people before they even taste it. The Dim sum area is more fragrant, sweet, soft and glutinous cakes, crisp and delicious snacks, which make people dizzy and drool. The judging panel composed of various departments evaluates the participating dishes from multiple aspects such as color, aroma, and taste through observation and tasting. The judges carefully taste each dish, observe the color and arrangement of the dishes carefully, feel the aroma and taste of the dishes with care, and occasionally exchange their feelings and evaluations. The private dining experience is not only a feast of delicious food, but also an excellent opportunity for communication and cooperation among employees. During the event, employees exchanged cooking experiences with each other, shared tips on ingredient selection and dish preparation, and enhanced mutual understanding and friendship. Everyone tasted delicious food together, talked about interesting things in life and work, and the atmosphere was warm and harmonious.
