In this season of refreshing autumn and abundant fruits, in order to deepen mutual understanding among employees and enhance teamwork ability, on October 27th, Wuxi Jinmao Foreign Trade Co., Ltd. held an outdoor team building activity with the theme of "Unity, Pursuing Dreams, Jinmao's Reach, All is Wonderful" at the Agricultural Expo Park.

Fourteen teams from various departments, each consisting of eight members, worked together to pull inflatable rings and charge forward. In the first round of the competition, there will be two pairs of PK, with six teams from the fifth, first, eighth, second, tenth, and quality departments competing for first, second, and third place. The final competition will be contested by three teams: the Fifth , Second and the Tenth departments. This game cleverly combines traditional wisdom with modern teamwork concepts, which not only tests the individual abilities of each employee, but more importantly, inspires the spirit of teamwork among everyone. In the tense and exciting game, Jinmao people demonstrated extraordinary wisdom and tacit understanding. Every cheer after success is the best interpretation of the team's strength.
After intense competition, the list of winners for this event was finally generated. The first prize goes to the fifth department; The second prize goes to the second and the tenth department; The third prize goes to the Quality Management Department, the First and the Eighth department.
With the arrival of lunchtime, a unique lunch experience awaits everyone - cooking and barbecuing on a clay stove. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, everyone cooks by hand, from washing vegetables and cutting meat to cooking and seasoning, every step embodies the wisdom and sweat of the team. Amidst the swirling smoke of the kitchen, plates of delicious and fragrant dishes are served one after another, accompanied by sizzling and fragrant barbecues.
